Stock Number: xxxx25. Sleeps 6, This RV is in very good condition. The only thing that needs replaced is the awning. This has been remodeled on the inside with new laminate floors, paint, window treatments, 2 new tv's, entertainment system and fabric. It has less than 50,000 miles on it! It is model 35WP with 2 air conditioners, one for the front, one for the back bedroom-it will literally freeze you out if you want. The dash A/C is common to go out, but it is not needed! It includes a solar battery charger, range with oven, double door refrigerator with freezer (ice maker not working), microwave with convection, and a driver's door access. It's 35 feet long. There is one scratch on the top right hand side, but no leaks to it. It has a 69 gallon fresh water tank. Black/gray water is 40/50 gallons. LP tank is 28 gallons. Auto jacks and steps as well.
